BHPA honors Cajun Coast

Vanessa Spinella, right, sales manager for Cajun Coast Visitors & Convention Bureau accepted the 2015 Sponsor of the Year Award from Tim Gilmore, publicity director of the Bayou Horseshoe Pitchers Association. The CCVCB was responsible for securing the First Cajun Coast Classic Horseshoe Tournament on “The Horseshoe Tour.” The tournament brought in competitors from Arizona to Vermont and Florida to Tennessee as well as local and state players Some of the notables participating were Dan Watson, Gary Bearpaw, Joan Elmore and Kathy Brazier. Again this year, the CCVCB and BHPA will host the tournament Oct. 15-16.
