Brittany’s Camp is next week

Brittany’s Project will hold its annual camp July 13-17.
Registration will close at the end of the day Thursday. Camp will be held at Franklin Senior High School from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. each day.
Campers will receive visits from Gisele Durocher, a local storyteller; the Franklin Fire Department; Mitch Richard the Magician; the St Mary Parish Sheriffs Office; and Sandy the Goat Lady Petting Zoo.
Campers prepare their own snacks daily, make their own crafts, tie-dye T-shirts, enjoy music and dance, and learn science.
Thursday is water fun day. Campers will have the big water slide and play games. The sheriff’s department will be supplying snacks and drinks to the campers.
There is no charge for the camp.
