Crescent Circus, Peter Pan on tap at the Teche Theatre

Two upcoming events at the Teche Theater for the Performing Arts are slated in July.
On July 11 at 7 p.m. the Teche Theatre will again host the Magic and Acrobatics of the Crescent Circus.
The Crescent Circus brings an intense, high energy, clean performance as they amaze and awe audiences nationwide. A powerhouse team begins with Nathan Kepner and Morgan Tsu-Raun, who having been performing together since 2009.
Beginning as street performers in New Orleans, Morgan and Nathan now perform at corporate events and universities across the country and have also appeared on HBO’s series Treme and The Tonight Show.
Admission is $5 for children 12 and under and $10 for adults. Doors open at 6:30 p.m.
Also, tickets go on sale July 6 for the Teche Theatre’s summer musical “Peter Pan.”
“Peter Pan: The Musical” premiers July 25 at 7 p.m. Peter and the Darling family are whisked away to a famous land full of colorful beloved characters, including the Lost Boys, Tiger Lily and, of course, the dastardly Captain Hook.
The Teche Theatre will whisk audiences away to Never Neverland for 6 nights: July 25, 28, 29, 31 and Aug. 1 at 7 p.m. and July 26 at 3 p.m.
Tickets go on sale July 6 at Fad’s, $15 for adults, $12 for seniors and $10 for children 12 and under.
All tickets will be $20 at the door each night of every performance so get them early.
