Deputies visit Holy Cross Elementary

St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Department representatives Capt. Jonathon Booth, Lt. Jeremy Green and Sgt. Jera Pike were guest speakers for the Pre-K3 and Pre-K4 classes at Holy Cross Elementary School. They covered a variety of topics including Halloween safety and the importance of following rules in the classroom and at home. They allowed the children to try on some of their equipment and to tour the sheriff’s department cars.
