Eagle Scout project helps young people

Zachary Allemond of Boy Scout Troop 41 conducted a self-defense class Aug. 8 as his Eagle Scout Project at the Louisiana Blackbelt Acadamey. Basic self-defense moves were taught, and the Morgan City Police Department was on hand to speak about the dangers of strangers and letting someone know your plans.
