Festival again features Best Seats contest; get entry form here

The 81st Louisiana Shrimp and Petroleum Festival will continue the Best Seats in the House Contest.
The winner and three guests can bring their most comfortable lawn chairs and enjoy the music from the vantage point of the Gazebo in Lawrence Park. The winner will also receive complimentary refreshments, a festival T-shirt, rolled poster and other gifts. The contest is free and open to the public.
The entry form can be found here, in today’s Daily Review on Page 5, and at the Festival Office, 715 Second St., Morgan City.
The Deadline to enter is noon Tuesday, Aug. 30.
Only one entry per person per performance is allowed.
Below is a list of the headliners for this year’s Louisiana Shrimp and Petroleum Festival:
—Kyle Wilson and ZOSO 7-11 p.m. Friday, Sept. 2
—Category 6 and Cowboy Mouth, 6:30-11 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 3
—Todd O’Neill and MoJEAUX 7-11 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 4
—Ross Grisham and Don Rich 4-8:30 p.m. Monday, Sept. 5
You must be 18 or older to win.
Winners will be notified by phone and announced in The Daily Review. Employees and the immediate family members of employees of the Louisiana Shrimp and Petroleum Festival and participating media are ineligible to win.
Completed forms can be mailed to P.O. Box 103, Morgan City LA 70381 or can be brought to the office at 715 Second St.
