Finishing 1-2 at state conference

At the Veterans of Foreign Wars Mid Winter Conference recently in Alexandria, Post 4222’s EMT of the Year, Tremeke Parker, placed first in the state. Also at the conference, Daniel Clemons, the post’s Fireman of the Year, placed second in the state. In the state of Louisiana, there are 87 VFW posts, and in District 3, there are 7 posts. For VFW Post 4222 of Morgan City to have two of its nominees place first and second was a major accomplishment.
