Franklin City Hall to collect letters for Santa

FRANKLIN, La.—It’s time to get those letters to Santa written! The young and the young at heart can drop their letters into the mailbox in front of City Hall at 300 Iberia Street, beginning November 23.
The deadline to get those letters to Santa is December 15 at noon. Letters must include a return address in order to receive a letter from Santa.
