Franklin council meets Tuesday

Franklin City Council members meet Tuesday in regular session for November.
The council will consider bids for a joint fiscal agency.
An ordinance is up for introduction granting renewal of city alcohol sales licenses.
For adoption is an ordinance amending the current budget to include expenditures of $75,000 for renovations to the Center Theater and $25,000 for Caffery Park improvements.
There is a resolution setting the dates and times for council meetings.
Mayor Raymond Harris is slated to appoint Edward Delone to the historic district commission.
The council meets at 6 p.m. at City Hall on Iberia Street.
