Golf cart winners

Winners in the golf cart decorating contest during the City of Franklin’s Christmas Lighting ceremony downtown were, from left, first place award to Tracy Ackman, third place winner Mindi Baxter and second place winner Catherine Siracusa. Their awards were presented at the Franklin City Council meeting Tuesday evening.
