Grand opening ribbon

St. Mary Parish Chamber representatives, local officials and guests helped cut the ribbon Friday for the grand opening of Pam’s Personal Touch Child Care Center. The center is located at 65 Lee Street in Franklin, and can be reached at 337-907-6133.
