Morgan City JROTC Camp

The Morgan City High Army Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps conducted a week-long camp July 20-24 at MCHS. The camp focused on orienting new in-bound freshman cadets on the fundamentals of leadership, community support, teams, drill, marching, uniforms, ranks, customs and physical fitness. The camp was planned and instructed by the Junior and Senior Cadet Leadership Teams and coached and mentored by the Army instructors, Lt. Col. Williams and Sgt. 1st Class Stubbs. The freshman cadets are now prepared for the start of their first high school year.
