The Rev. Wilfredo Decal, who has been serving as pastor of Sacred Heart Church Parish in Cut Off since June 2009, has been appointed pastor of Sacred Heart Church parish in Morgan City, the Roman Catholic Diocese of Houma-Thiobdaux announced this week.
