Pavlo to perform in Morgan City on Oct. 22

The Toronto Star calls Pavlo a 'Guitar Master;' his 15-year performing career, including nine albums and a PBS special, is proof.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. — PBS favorite and Mediterranean music superstar, Pavlo, presents his fiery guitar mastery at the Morgan City Municipal Auditorium at 7:30 p.m. Oct. 22 as part of the Community Concert Association of Morgan City concert series.
Tickets will be available at the door or by calling 985-385-2307. Adult season ticket price is $45 and the student (K-12) price is just $10.
The Toronto Star calls Pavlo a “Guitar Master;” his 15-year performing career, including nine albums and a PBS special, is proof, stated a news release from Live On Stage Inc. His electric live performances continue to propel Pavlo around the globe and galvanize his fans. Awards and recognition include two gold records (“Fantasia” and “Pavlo”) and “Instrumental Album of the Year” (“Trifecta,” Juno Awards, 2010). 
Pavlo’s unique musical voice is self-described as a “Mediterranean sound mixing the folkloric styles of Greek and Latin music with pop sensibilities” (Greek Reporter, 2012). Backed by a live band, Pavlo’s program features classic favorites as well as original material. 
The Community Concert Association of Morgan City Inc. was formed in 1947 and continues to bring world-class entertainment to the Tri-city area of Morgan City, Berwick and Patterson, as well as the rest of St. Mary Parish and surrounding parishes. 
Strong adult and student membership help insure continuing concerts for the area, a news release from the association stated. Thanks to the generosity of patrons and donors this series is offered at affordable, family-friendly prices, it stated.
