Police Reports 7-22-14

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrest:
Angel L. Maxwell, 32, of Pierre Part, was arrested Monday at 3:36 p.m. on a charge of theft of goods and released on a summons.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Bobby Goulas, 56, of Bigler Street, Franklin, Monday at 12:37 p.m. on a charge of criminal mischief-filing a false report. He was released on $500 bond.
Darren Darby, 18, of Isabella Street, Franklin, was arrested Monday at 7:44 p.m. on charges of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and introducing contraband into a jail. No bond was set.
Jennifer Hebert, 49, of Seventh Street, Franklin, and Barry Rouchon Sr., 56, of Edmond Lane, Franklin, were arrested today at 1:09 p.m. on charges of simple battery. They were each released on $500 bond.
