Students to present community ideas

The Morgan City Rotary Club’s annual New Generations Conference will be held Thursday.
The 6 p.m. event at the Bayou Vista Civic Center gives parish high school students the opportunity to give presentations on what they would like to see done in the community.
Numerous public officials attend annually to hear the younger generation’s input.
The event is free and open to the public.
