Toddler Time and the library

Local children took part in Halloween Toddler Time Story Hour Friday at the Franklin branch of the St. Mary Parish Library. Tonya Hebert, dressed as a good witch above, read the interactive story, “The House That Witchy Built,” by Louisiana author Dianne de Las Casas. The children also worked on a craft and received snacks.
