Truck hits height-warning sign

An 18-wheeler truck on Monday morning knocked down the height-warning sign and Christmas decorations approaching the La. 182 bridge in Morgan City, said Morgan City Police Capt. Bettye Augman. The 18-wheeler left the scene and is unable to be located at this time. Crews were called out to repair the Christmas decorations and repair other damage.
