Veterans groups donate flag to Morgan City

Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 4222 in Morgan City, the Marine Corps League St. Mary Detachment 600 and American Legion Post 242 in Patterson donated an American flag Monday to the city of Morgan City. Representatives from each organization and Morgan City firefighters helped raise the flag on a pole in front of the sea wall near the intersection of Front and Everett streets.
