Working on La. 70 in Morgan City

A contractor for the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development works on La. 70 today from Elm Street to Victor II Boulevard to change that section of highway to three lanes of traffic with the center lane designed as a turn lane, according to Morgan City police.
