Zoning panel to meet today

The Planning and Zoning Commission will meet at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at the City Court Building.
Business on the agenda includes an application from the H&B Young Foundation to change the zoning designation of 705 Youngs Road from residential to heavy industrial. The commission will also appoint a new vice-chairman.
