Suspect in Domestic Battery Case Apprehended in Baton Rouge

The St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office has been advised that 36-year-old Dorian Charles Kennedy of Siracusaville was apprehended by the Louisiana State Police Fugitive Apprehension Unit in Baton Rouge Monday evening.
He is being held there as a fugitive from justice.
On the afternoon of Jan. 3, deputies went to a residence in Siracusaville to effect an arrest warrant for 36-year-old Dorian Kennedy on charges of domestic abuse battery by strangulation and simple assault.
Kennedy was not located at the residence and was found to be actively evading law enforcement.
