Head Start kicks off Mardi Gros

Several participants turned out to catch beads and other throws at the St. Mary Parish Community Action Agency’s Krewe of Head Start parade Saturday in Franklin. This year’s theme was “A Fairy Tale Ending.” Below, Jeanerette Mayor April Foulcard led the parade as grand marshal.
