Decorating, lights contest set Tuesday

Judging of Franklin’s Christmas Lighting and Decorating contest will be Tueseday.
The contest is sponsored by the City of Franklin and the Franklin Garden Club. Categories for residential homes will be “general outdoors” and businesses will be judged on their display windows.
The city will be divided into four sections, with a first and second place award for residential and first and second place for businesses overall.
Judging begins at 6:30 p.m. so participants should have lights on before then. It is not necessary to register.
