Riggenbach dedication

Franklin Lodge 57 F&AM’s annual awards ceremony was dedicated Tuesday to the late Sgt. Rick Riggenbach who was shot and killed on Jan. 26 in the line of duty with the Chitimacha Tribal Police Department. Riggenbach was named the Policeman of the Year during the ceremony and a resolution signed by the parish president and all five municipal mayors of the parish declaring Jan. 26 each year as Rick Riggenbach Day was presented to his family.
