Phylway Construction works to clear trees Thursday on the Hellenic property in Morgan City. Soil will be excavated from the site to be used to raise levees from Lake End Park to Justa Street. Just two weeks into construction, work is progressing quickly on the Lake End Park to Justa Street portion of the Morgan City Levee Improvements Project.
