Police Reports 2-5-14

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Deavanta Burden, 21, of 1158 La. 182, Lot 1, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 5:40 a.m. on charges of two counts aggravated battery, aggravated assault, simple criminal damage to property, cruelty to juveniles, resisting an officer and a simple battery warrant. No bond was set.
Cynthia Hebert, 60, of 22 Teche Court, Baldwin, was arrested Tuesday at 10:53 a.m. on a charge of issuing worthless checks. She was released on a summons.
Stacy Bolden, 41, of 1404 Cynthia St., Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 1:20 p.m. on a warrant charging her with issuing worthless checks. She was released on a summons.
Janice Fabre, 60, of 112 Ross Lane, Morgan City, was arrested Tuesday at 7:09 p.m. on a warrant charging her with issuing worthless checks and drug court sanctions. No bond was set.
Jessica Ross, 25, of 810 Levee Road, Morgan City, was arrested Tuesday at 1:34 a.m. on charges of DWI, open alcohol container and improper lane use. No bond was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Kizzie Bell, 35, of J.A. Hernandez Street, Franklin, Tuesday at 8:01 a.m. on a warrant charging her with failure to appear on a charge of issuing worthless checks. She was released on $500 bond.
Brent Savoie, 18, of Firmin Street, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 9:41 a.m. on charges of two counts simple burglary of a business. No bond was set.
