LABI legislative issues conference set in MC

A LABI Legislative Issues Conference will be held Feb. 19 in Morgan City.
Sponsored by the Hampton Inn & Suites with the St. Mary Parish Chamber of Commerce, the conference will be at the Petroleum Club, 500 Roderick St., from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Admission is $20 for chamber members and $25 for others.
The conference is held in conjunction with the Louisiana Association of Business and Industry. Speaker will be LABI President Stephen Waguespack who will discuss the business community’s priorities for the upcoming legislative session.
State legislators will also speak on business issues in the upcoming legislative session.
