Police Reports 2-18-14

Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the following arrests:
Wolfe Levy, 32, of Onstead Street, Morgan City, was arrested Friday at 1:42 p.m. on a warrant charging him with unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling. He was released on $250 bond.
Teddy Thomas, 64, of Lincoln Street, Baldwin, was arrested Saturday at 3:35 a.m. on a charge of DWI. He was released on $2,500 bond.
Morris Thibodeaux, 58, of Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 8:59 p.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace intoxicated. He was held on $250 bond.
Joseph Perro, 19, and Damien Perro, 28, both of Third Street, Franklin, were arrested Saturday at 10:54 p.m. after police received a complaint of a fight. Both were charged with disturbing the peace by fighting and released on bonds of $250.
Derrick Brown, 39, of Coulee Street, Baldwin, was arrested Monday at 2:12 a.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear on a warrant charging him with criminal neglect of family. He was held on $6,935 bond.
Darren Darby, 18, of Robert Street, Franklin, was arrested Monday at 6:13 p.m. on charges of two counts of resisting an officer and obstruction of justice. No bond was set.
Chitimacha Police Chief Blaise Smith reported the arrest of Anoulack Ketavongsa, 20, of New Iberia, and Somphong Chansrymoung, 34, of Cade, Sunday at 10:15 p.m. on charges of unlawful use of a state ID. Ketavongsa was released on a summons and Chansrymoung was turned over to the Iberia Parish Sheriff’s Office on unrelated charges.
Matthew Godsey, 30, of Houma, was arrested Saturday at 10 a.m. on a charge of criminal damage to property. He was released on a summons.
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the arrest of Sky Leger, 32, of New Iberia, Friday at 10:25 a.m. on warrant charges of felony simple burglary, felony principal to simple burglary and failure to appear on charges of possession of Schedule I drugs, abuse of toxic vapors and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond is set at $205,000.
Saviye Howard, 32, of Lafayette, was arrested Friday at 10:25 a.m. on a charge of failure to appear on a charge of issuing worthless checks. She was released on $2,500 bond.
Carly Arcemont, 37, of 280 Cane Road, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 2:06 p.m. on a charge of violation of the leash law and released on a summons.
Chad Wiggins Jr., 21, of Houma, was arrested Saturday at 2:12 a.m. on charges of DWI and hit and run. He was released on $10,000 bond.
Cecil E. Wilita, 21, of Lafayette, was arrested Saturday at 3:51 a.m. on charges of reckless operation and driving under suspension. He was released on a summons.
Lawrence Edwards IV, 25, of 1509 Live Oak St., Patterson, was arrested Saturday at 6:27 a.m. on a failure to appear warrant on a charge of speeding. He was released on $349 bond.
Renee A. Tabor, 38, of 1569 La. 317, Centerville, was arrested Sunday at 12:57 a.m. on charges of DWI and disturbing the peace. Tabor was released on $3,000 bond.
Jameon J. Jack, 31, of 1707 West Ibert St., Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 10:34 p.m. on charges of reckless operation, driving under suspension and no insurance. Bond was set at $1,750.
Justin M. Batiste, 29, of Opelousas, was arrested Sunday at 9:44 p.m. on failure to appear warrants on charges of speeding, purchasing alcohol for persons under 21, monetary instrument abuse, four counts of theft and theft consolidated with felony charges. No bond was set.
Theresa Skinner, 54, of Thibodaux, was arrested Monday at 1:21 a.m. on charges of two counts of aggravated assault, unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling, disturbing the peace, resisting an officer and obstruction of justice. She was released on $15,250 bond.
Randy Dewitt, 21, of 124 Kellers Lane, Richohoc, and Sean Hulin, 17, of 251 Shannon St., Patterson, were arrested Monday at 11:36 a.m. on charges of criminal trespassing and theft of copper or other metals. Dewitt was held on $2,500 bond and Hulin on $2,000 bond.
Jerry Landerman, 45, of 125 Shannon St., Patterson, was arrested Monday at 11:42 a.m. on a St. Martin Parish warrant charging him with failure to appear on multiple drug charges. He was transferred.
Barry L. Jones, 26, of 333 Egle St., Morgan City, and Stephanie Harvey, same address, were arrested Monday at 3:13 p.m. on charges of domestic battery. No bonds were set.
Tessa Pilgrim, 35, of 126 Elaine St., Morgan City, was arrested Monday at 3:06 p.m. on a charge of theft of goods and a Terrebonne Parish failure to appear warrant on a charge of theft of goods. She was issued a summons on local charges and no bond was set on the warrant.
Waynisha D. Jones, 28, of 1011 Ramos St., Morgan City, was arrested Monday at 3:13 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on a charge of theft of goods. She was released on $5,000 bond.
Chad Williams, 25, of 123 Burchfield Lane, Berwick, was arrested Monday at 7:03 p.m. on warrants charging him with issuing worthless checks and failure to appear on a charge of stop sign violation. No bond was set.
Kacy Norman, 28, of Plaquemine, was arrested Monday at 12:19 p.m. on charges of driving on divided highways, second offense possession of Schedule I drugs, possession of Schedule III drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia. No bond was set.
Steven Fucich, 20, of Diamondhead, Miss., was arrested today at 2:45 a.m. on charges of theft, disturbing the peace intoxicated and open alcohol container. He was released on $2,000 bond.
