Shirley Watson, 56, a resident of Berwick, and a native of Norfolk, Virginia, died Monday, Feb 24, 2014 at Thibodaux Regional Hospital at 12:30 p.m.
Visitations will be Monday, March 3, at New Zorah Baptist Church in Morgan City, from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. Burial will follow in the Morgan City Cemetery.
Shirley leaves to cherish her memories Eric Watson Jr., Brian Watson and Blaze Watson, all of Morgan City; a daughter, Mrs. Theophalis (Erica) Gaines of New Iberia; a sister, Sadie Sutton of Atlanta, Georgia; three grandchildren; and a host of relatives and friends.
