Police Reports 3-5-14

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Frederick Gibson, 47, of 405 Robertson St., Franklin, was arrested Monday at 9:05 a.m. on a failure to appear warrant on charges of speeding and driving under suspension. He was released on $2,500 bond.
Jalalen Broussard, 17, of 306 Charlotte Drive, Patterson, was arrested Monday at 2:01 p.m. on a charge of theft of goods and released on a summons.
Shantell Thomas, 32, of 1709 Federal Avenue, Morgan City, was arrested Monday at 7:39 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on a charge of possession of marijuana. No bond was set.
Christopher Bennett, 32, of 291 Grandwood Drive, Patterson, was arrested Tuesday at 12:06 a.m. on charges of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia and a probation violation warrant. No bond was set.
Donald Turner Jr., 32, of 419 Adams St., Morgan City, was arrested Tuesday at 1:07 a.m. on charges of smoking in a public building and battery on an officer. He was released on $1,250 bond.
Marisa M. Smith, 19, and Ryan M. LeBlanc, 20, both of 76 Main St., Franklin, were arrested Tuesday at 7:16 p.m. on charges of domestic battery. Each was released on a $250 bond.
Luan Vu, no age given, of 397 Alice B. Road, Franklin, was arrested on warrants charging him with violation of the parish leash law and pit bull regulations. He was released on a summons.
Robert Ford, 57, of Thibodaux, was arrested Tuesday at 9:57 p.m. on charges of disturbing the peace intoxicated, remaining where forbidden and resisting an officer. He was held on $2,000 bond.
Narcotics Division agents arrested Brandon S. Latigue Jr., 32, of 121 Bayouview Drive, No. 13, Franklin, Tuesday at 2:43 p.m. on charges of possession of synthetic marijuana with intent to distribute, possession in the presence of a juvenile, possession of drug paraphernalia and violation of a drug free zone. He was released on $9,500 bond.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Kori Anthony Jones, 23, of Cayce Street, Franklin, Monday at 11:05 a.m. on a charge of probation violation. No bond was set.
Wilson A. Swarts, 57, of South Dakota, was arrested Tuesday at 4:41 p.m. on a charge of passing zone violation. He was released on $250 bond.
Darren Joseph Graham, 38, of Cedar Street, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 4:50 p.m. on charges of disturbing the peace intoxicated and five counts of resisting an officer with force. No bond was set.
Jonathan P. Conner, no age given, of Apple Street, Morgan City, was arrested Tuesday at 9:35 p.m. on warrants charging him with failure to appear on charges of seatbelt violation, no driver’s license and traffic signal violation. He was held on $699 bond.
Acquianna Arlamea Alexander, 27, of Bogan Lane, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 10:26 p.m. on a charge of possession of marijuana. She was released on $2,000 bond.
Travis Sanchez Boatman, 33, of Carl C. Foulcard Drive, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 11:40 p.m. on a warrant charging him with criminal neglect of family and he was also charged with resisting by flight and battery on an officer. No bond was set.
Kenslo Devon Charles, 33, of Blakesley Street, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 11:55 p.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear on charges of driving under suspension and resisting an officer. He was released on $500 bond.
