Virginia Lee Stevens

Virginia Lee Stevens, 79, a native of Tupelo, Miss., and a resident of Morgan City, died Monday, April 14, 2014, at Morgan City Health Care.
Survivors include five children, Paula Rose of Moselle, Miss., Rebecca Pierce of Patterson, Margaret Shales of New Orleans, Joseph Pal of Missouri, and Victoria Stevens of Morgan City; 15 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and one sister, Louise Long of Mississippi.
She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, six brothers, two sisters and one son.
Visitation will be held Monday at Twin City Funeral Home beginning at 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. when services begin. She will be laid to rest in the Morgan City Cemetery following the service.
