Police Reports 5-1-14

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrest:
Jesse Landry, 24, of 146 Big Bear Lane, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 7:43 a.m. on a warrant charging him with three counts of domestic abuse battery by strangulation. He was released on $3,000 bond.
Narcotics Division agents arrested Joseph J. Francois, 20, of Breaux Bridge, Wednesday at 6:04 p.m. on charges of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia, violation of a drug free zone and possession in the presence of a minor. No bond was set.
Terry Ratliff, 42, of 4020 Francis St., Apt. 2, Berwick, was arrested Wednesday at 7:06 p.m. on charges of two counts of resisting an officer, obstruction of justice, possession of drug paraphernalia and turn signal violations. No bond was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Joseph James, 32, of Iberia Street, Franklin, Wednesday at 3:30 p.m. on a warrant charging him with no driver’s license, expired inspections, loud music and open alcohol container. He was held on $975 bond.
