Dave Johnson Jr.

Dave Johnson Jr., 67, a native and resident of Morgan City, died Sunday, June 15, 2014, at the Regional Medical Center of Acadiana in Lafayette.
Visitation will be Friday from 9 to 11 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Morgan City. A rosary will be recited at 10 a.m., followed by a Mass of Christian Burial beginning at 11 a.m. Burial will follow in the Morgan City Cemetery.
He was a retired oil field mechanic.
Survivors include his wife, Lelia Marie Johnson of Morgan City; three sons, Rodney Michael Johnson of Kansas City, Mo., Kevin Paul Johnson of Shreveport, and Dave Johnson III of Arlington Texas; one brother, O’Neil J. Johnson of Morgan City; and three grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
