Police Reports 9-5-14

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Demarcus McNeal, 17, of Morgan City, was arrested Thursday at 10:52 a.m. on a probation violation warrant and held with no bond set.
Jermaine Gaskins, 34, 129 Friendship Alley, Amelia, was arrested Thursday at 3:32 p.m. on failure to appear warrants on charges of domestic abuse battery and criminal neglect of family. No bond was set.
Logan Charpentier, 22, of 1533 Irish Bend Road, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 3:37 p.m. on five warrants charging him with failure to comply with the terms of drug court. No bond was set.
Phillip Encalade, 30, of New Orleans, was arrested Thursday at 5:34 p.m. on failure to appear warrants on charges of driving under suspension and possession of marijuana and a probation violation warrant. No bond was set.
Latanya Mitchell, 34, of 1110 Plantation Drive, Franklin, was arrested Thursday on a Lafayette Parish warrant charging her with monetary instrument abuse and failure to appear. No bond was set.
Narcotics Division agents arrested Craig Albarado, 50, of 602 Lena St., Morgan City, Thursday at 4:48 p.m. on charges of possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute and violation of drug free zone. No bond was set.
George Harvey, 32, of Siracusaville, was arrested Thursday at 4:48 p.m. on charges of possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, possession of a counterfeit controlled dangerous substance and violation of a drug free zone. No bond was set.
April L. Aucoin, 34, of 602 Leona St., Morgan City, was arrested Thursday at 10:05 p.m. on a warrant charging her with possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. No bond was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Tracey Hebert, 47, of Morris Street, Franklin, Thursday at 9:17 a.m. on a 15th Judicial District Court failure to appear warrant on a charge of criminal non-support. No bond was set.
Alyssa Pontiff, 18, of Robicheaux Road, Centerville, was arrested today at 2:03 a.m. on charges of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile. She was released on $4,500 bond.
