Police reports 9-16-14
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Danielle Jackson, no age given, of Thibodaux, was arrested Monday at 11:51 a.m. on a warrant charging her with prostitution. She was released on $1,000 bond.
Michael Brossette, 25, of 101 Three B’s Lane, Bayou Vista, was arrested Monday at 3:14 p.m. on a charge of theft of goods and was released on a summons.
Narcotics Division agents arrested Lydia Cruz, 28, of 911 Chestnut Drive, Morgan City, Monday at 8:45 p.m. on warrants charging her with second offense possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled dangerous substance in the presence of a juvenile and failure to appear on charges of illegal possession of stolen things and simple criminal damage to property. No bond was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Patricia Henry, 49, of Bollard Street, Baldwin, Monday at 8:35 a.m. on warrants charging her with theft by shoplifting and principal to theft by shoplifting. No bond was set.
Karl Charles, 28, of Robertson Street, Franklin, was arrested Monday at 9:11 a.m. on warrants charging him with aggravated assault and aggravated battery. He was released on $15,000 bond.
Renardo Loston, 34, of Talbot Street, Franklin, was arrested Monday at 2:04 p.m. on warrants charging Loston with four counts of aggravated assault, criminal damage to property, illegal discharge of a weapon (firing into the air) and disturbing the peace. Released on $6,250 bond.
Eric Haisley, 23, of Seventh Street, Franklin, was arrested Monday at 3:06 p.m. on charges of possession of synthetic marijuana, abuse of toxic vapors and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on $4,000 bond.
Theopolis Poerter, 22, of Prairie Road, Franklin, was arrested Monday at 9:32 p.m. on warrants charging him with criminal damage to property, criminal trespassing and disturbing the peace by fighting. He was released on $1,700 bond.
