St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert, above, serves at the AARP’s monthly dinner and bingo night held at the St. Mary Senior Citizens Center in Morgan City. Sheriff’s Office personnel visited with AARP members and after the bingo game assisted in serving a meal of fried shrimp. Sheriff Hebert was a co-sponsor of the event.
Below, United Way “Day of Caring” volunteers from Oceaneering were on hand Sept. 18 at the Franklin Senior Center on Iberia Street.
