Police Reports 10-3-14
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
A juvenile male, 16, of Charenton, was arrested Thursday at 9:14 a.m. on a charge of threatening a public official and released to a guardian pending juvenile court.
Raymond T. Chapman, 34, of 104 Caleb Lane, Verdunville, was arrested Thursday at 1:42 p.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to comply with the terms and conditions of drug court and held on $100,000 bond.
Narcotics Division agents arrested Walter Fowler, 51, of 1108 Chester Bowles St., Morgan City, Thursday at 8:39 p.m. on a charge of possession of synethetic marijuana and released on a summons.
Brennan Moore, 19, of 118 Levett Lane, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 5:09 p.m. on a warrant charging him with second offense possession of marijuana. He was released on bond.
Brianyiel Westbrooke, 23, of Houma, was arrested Thursday at 9:02 p.m. on charges of following too close, no driver’s license, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of a firearm in the presence of a CDS, violation of a drug free zone and transactions involving drug proceeds. No bond was set.
Daisha Scott, 26, of Houma, was arrested Thursday at 9:02 p.m. on charges of possession of marijuana and violation of drug fre zone. No bond was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Henry Dennis Jr., of Curtis Drive, Franklin, Thursday, at 6:52 p.m. on warrants charging him with disturbing the peace by fighting, criminal mischief and two counts of aggravated assault. He was released on $2,750 bond.
Erika Ware, 20, of First Street, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 9:08 p.m. on charges of domestic abuse battery, simple criminal damage to property and disturbing the peace by loud and abusive language. No bond was set.
