Police Reports 10-6-14

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Alexander P. Pousson, 34, of 123 Ernie Lane, Ricohoc, and Tony L. Brooks, 53, of 114 Ernie’s Lane, No. 16, Ricohoc, were arrested Friday around midnight. Pousson was charged with theft and simple criminal damage to property and Brooks was charged with theft. No bonds were set.
Veronica Lynch, 39, and Julia Glynn, 23, both of 723 Arlington St., No. 3, Bayou Vista, were arrested Friday at 7:03 p.m. on charges of theft of goods and both were released on summons.
William Stevens Jr., 51, of 142 Stevens Lane, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 2:45 a.m. on a charge of DWI. Bond was set at $3,500.
Darrell K. Jackson, 19, of 2436 La. 318, Sorrel, was arrested Saturday at 4:45 p.m. on charges of unauthorized use of a vehicle and hit and run. Bond was set at $3,000.
Nathaniel Menard, 21, of 108 Choctaw Road, Charenton, was arrested Saturday at 8:14 p.m. on charges of speeding, flight from an officer, reckless operation, driving under suspension and no motorcycle endorsement. He was released on $4,750 bond.
Williams Bollard, 31, of 319 Charlotte St., Patterson, was arrested Sunday at 1:36 a.m. on a charge of reckless operation. He was released on a summons.
Patti Malley, 37, of 5312 La. 182, Patterson, was arrested Sunday at 11:47 p.m. on a charge of domestic abuse battery. No bond was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Johnathan Sanders, 33, of Happy Acres, Baldwin, Friday at 9:31 a.m. on a warrant charging him with second offense theft by shoplifting. No bond was set.
Shaquille Conner, 23, of Kemper Road, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 10:03 p.m. on Third Ward Court warrants charging him with failure to appear on charges of no tail lights, suspended license and speeding. No bond was set.
Darius Bob, 28, of Kemper Road, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 10:06 p.m. on a Third Ward Court failure to appear warrant on charges of defective brakes and license plate light violation. He was released on $293 bond.
Javorian Conner, 22, of Kemper Road, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 10:08 p.m. on a Third Ward Court failure to appear warrant on charges of no seat belt and no driver’s license. He was released on $205 bond.
Van Brown, 49, of Weber Street, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 8:14 a.m. on a charge of driving under suspension with prior DWI. No bond was set.
Jason Giroir, 36, of Cedar Street, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 12:22 p.m. on charges of disturbing the peace by loud and obscene language, fraudulent portrayal of a law officer, public intimidation of public official, aggravated assault, two counts of resisting an officer with force and two counts of resisting by refusing to be booked. No bond was set.
