Police Reports 10-21-14

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests.
Travis Boatman, 34, of 714 Carl C. Foulcard Drive, Franklin, was arrested Monday at 12:57 p.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear on a charge of criminal neglect of family and another charging him with failure to appear for an interview. No bond was set.
Brent Dalton, 33, of 105 Sidney Jo Lane, Berwick, was arrested Monday at 2:39 p.m. on two warrants charging him with failure to comply with the terms of drug court. Bond was set at $200,000.
Kyle Cedator, 17, of Pierre Part, and Dillon Sanchez, 17, of White Castle, were arrested Monday at 4:33 p.m. on charges of theft of goods. Both were released on summons.
Brendan Murphy, 57, of Houma, was arrested today at 4:13 a.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace intoxicated and held on $500 bond.
Dillon Burgess, 20, of 771 Deforest Brown Lane, Franklin, was arrested Monday at 5:54 p.m. on charges of improper lane use, possession of a firearm in the presence of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of synthetic marijuana with intent to distribute, obstruction of justice, bringing contraband into a jail and a failure to appear warrant on a charge of possession of marijuana. No bond was set.
Jalon Jenkins, 22, of 120 Yellow Bayou Road, Centerville, was arrested Monday at 5:53 p.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear on charges of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, illegal use, possession or control of weapons in a crime of violence or controlled dangerous substance, illegal carrying of concealed weapons and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was held on $10,000 bond. No bond was set.
Rebecca Johnson, 56, of 1405 First St., Patterson, was arrested today at 2:41 a.m. on charges of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of a firearm in the presence of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. No bond was set.
Robert Johnson Sr., 54, of 1045 First St., Patterson, was arrested today at 2:41 a.m. on charges of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of a firearm in the presence of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. No bond was set.
Artey Foulcard, 36, of 620 Carl C. Foulcard Drive, Franklin, was arrested today at 2:41 a.m. on a charge of second offense possession of marijuana and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. No bond was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Irving Lumpkin Sr., 53, of Martin Luther King Boulevard, Franklin, Monday at 12:20 p.m. on a parole hold. No bond was set.
Travis Boatman, 24, of Carl C. Foulcard, was arrested Monday at 12:24 p.m. on a warrant charging him with distribution of cocaine. He was also charged with possession of heroin, fourth offense possession of powder cocaine, and second offense possession of drug paraphernalia. No bond was set.
Boatman’s arrest stems from a yearlong undercover investigation into alleged narcotics sales in the city. McGuire said more arrests are expected.
Eugene Green, 35, of La. 182, Centerville, was arrested Monday at 2 p.m. on warrants charging him with simple battery on a juvenile and indecent behavior with juveniles. No bond was set.
Joseph James, 32, of Iberia Street, Franklin, was arrested Monday at 2:25 p.m. on charges of possession of hydrocodone with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia, no driver’s license, open alcohol container and a parole hold. No bond was set.
Corey Carson, 20, of Houma, was arrested today at 4:45 a.m. on district court warrants charging him with failure to appear on charges of speeding, failure to honor a written agreement, improper lane use and driving in left lane. He was held on $334 bond. During booking, Carson was also charged with second offense possession of synthetic marijuana, abuse of toxic vapors and bringing contraband into a jail, with no bond set on those charges.
