GERALD MARQUETTE

A memorial service was held for Gerald Marquette, 84, of Harlingen, Texas October 30, 2014. Gerald was a native of Baldwin and a longtime resident of Harlingen.
He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Oneta Griffin; three daughters, Michele Marquette of Galveston, Vickie Marquette of Lakewood, Colo. and Dorene Marquette of Harlingen; and one loving granddaughter, Miranda of Harlingen; two sisters, Gloria M. Arboneaux (Stirling), Gay M. Bourg (Jerry); and three brothers, Marcel Marquette Jr. (Leatrice), Robert Marquette and Charles Marquette (Eloise); and numerous nieces and nephews.
Mr. Marquette was preceded in death by his parents, “Mike” Marcel Marquette Sr. and Thelma Vandrelle Marquette.
He will be greatly missed by all.
