Council chambers facelift

The city council chambers at Franklin City Hall received a facelift recently. City Hall is the future site of an archive housing both former Gov. Mike Foster’s papers while in office and those of other Franklin citizens who served in state and federal office. City Hall was recently waterproofed and the exterior rehabilitated as part of the project.
