Police Reports 12-29-14

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Katherine Mitchell, 31, of 201½ Brashear Avenue, Morgan City, was arrested Tuesday at 12:52 p.m. on a probation violation warrant and held on $10,000 bond.
Braxton Duncan, 17, of 121 Columbia Store Lane, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 12:01 a.m. on charges of possession of Schedule I drugs and drug paraphernalia and was released on a summons.
Timmy Jones, 53, of 129 Mount St., Morgan City, was arrested Wednesday at 1:20 a.m. on charges of improper lane use, second offense DWI, flight from an officer, four counts of resisting arrest and battery on a police officer. He was released on $55,000 bond.
Khandijah Batiste, 20, of Houma, was arrested Wednesday at 12:12 p.m. on a charge of theft and held with no bond set.
Marc C. Ramsey, 34, of 607 Clarke St., Bayou Vista, was arrested Wednesday at 12:21 p.m. on a warrant charging him with criminal neglect of family. He was released on a personal surety bond.
Varice Richardson, 21, of 170 Friendship Alley, Amelia, was arrested Friday at 10:23 p.m. on charges of disturbing the peace by offensive language and by fighting. Richardson was released on a summons.
James Acosta, 47, of 4492 La. 83, Charenton, was arrested Saturday at 12:50 a.m. on a failure to appear warrant on charges of second offense possession of Schedule I drugs, improper lane use and open alcohol container. No bond was set.
Donna A Lahre, 58, of St. Petersburg, Florida, was arrested Saturday at 8:58 a.m. on a charge of DWI and held with no bond set.
Tammy Gilbeau, 36, of 2106 LaGrange Robicheaux Road, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 10:52 a.m. on a leash law violation and released on a summons.
Kimberly Glynn, 25, of 1711 Cross Road No. 2, Bayou Vista, was arrested Saturday at 4:24 p.m. on a charge of aggravated assault and a failure to appear warrant on charges of no driver’s license, headlight violation and license plate light violation. No bond was set.
Joel Floyd II, 26, of 1711 Cross Road No. 2, Bayou Vista, was arrested Saturday at 4:24 p.m. on a charge of domestic abuse battery. He was released on $2,500 bond.
Felicia Young, 43, of 1027½ Ciro St., Morgan City, was arrested Saturday at 11:58 p.m. on a charge of aggravated battery and held with no bond set.
Taylor M. Saucier, 18, of 10976 La. 182, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 8:23 p.m. on charges of possession of Schedule I drugs and drug paraphernalia. Saucier was released on a summons.
Narcotics Division agents arrested Quincey Jones, 51, of 1134 Irish Bend Road, Franklin, Saturday at 9:29 p.m. on a charge of possession of Schedule I drugs with intent to distribute. He was released on $15,000 bond.
Chitimacha Police Chief Blaise Smith reported the arrest of Angelle Stansbury, 24, no address given, Friday at 3:30 a.m. on a charge of remaining where forbidden. She was released on a summons.
Kendrick Lewis, 21, of New Iberia, was arrested Saturday on an Iberia Parish warrant charging him with disturbing the peace. No bond was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Donald Lightfoot, 28, of Willow Street, Franklin, Thursday at 12:04 a.m. on a charge of possession of marijuana. He was held on $2,000 bond.
Ira Lopez, 51, of Broussard Street, Patterson, was arrested Thursday at 9:43 a.m. on charges of terrorizing and battery on an officer. No bond was set.
Larachell Batiste, 36, of Cayce Street, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 1:14 a.m. on warrants charging him with distribution of synthetic marijuana and principal to distribution of same. He was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and held on $150,500 bond.
Courtney Dupas, 31, of Iberia Street, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 1:31 a.m. on charges of sixth offense possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, open alcohol container and resisting an officer with force. He was released on $20,000 bond.
Eric Colbert, 32, of Ninth Street, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 2:09 a.m. on a charge of remaining where forbidden and released on $500 bond.
