Police Reports 1-5-15

Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the following arrests from the past weekend:
Holly Hebert, 35, of West Main Street, Franklin, turned herself in on warrants charging her with two counts of forgery and unauthorized use of an access card. No bond was set.
Calvin Watson III, 28, of Morris Street, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 11:21 a.m. on a district court failure to appear warrant on a charge of criminal neglect of family and was released on $409 bond.
Officers were dispatched to the 400 block of Seventh Street on Dec. 28 in reference to screaming at a residence. Upon officers’ arrival, the victim reportedly had injuries to his face. The two subjects allegedly came into the victim’s home and struck him with guns they were carrying. Before leaving, the subjects reportedly took the victim’s jeans that he was wearing.
Arrested was Devoric Johnson, 29, of Newman Street, Baldwin, Friday at 11:40 a.m. on warrants charging him with home invasion, armed robbery and armed robbery with use of a firearm. No bond was set.
Also arrested was Gary Semien, 18, of Penn Road, Franklin, Friday at 4:01 p.m. on charges of home invasion, armed robbery, armed robbery with use of a firearm and resisting an officer by giving false information. No bond was set.
McGuire reported the unrelated arrest of Lysander Williams, 45, of Eagle Street, Franklin, Saturday at 8:49 p.m. on Third Ward Court failure to appear warrants of charges of no seat belt, no driver’s license, disturbing the peace and simple criminal damage to property. He was additionally charged with resisting an officer and battery of a police officer. No bond was set.
Henry Bia III, 25, of James Street, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 2:47 a.m. on a warrant charging him with disturbing the peace by loud and abusive language. He was released on $250 bond.
Joseph Colbert, 55, of La. 83, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 8:09 p.m. on a Third Ward Court failure to appear warrant on a charge of careless operation and a district court failure to appear warrant on charges of possession of cocaine and drug paraphernalia. He was held on $2,689 bond.
Chitimacha Police Chief Blaise Smith reported the arrests of Dwayne Alexander, 46, of Jeanerette, Kail Martin, 24, of Broussard, Brianna Obrien, 25, of New Iberia and Hanna Boudreaux, 21, of New Iberia, Thursday at 3 a.m. on charges of disturbing the peace by fighting. All were released on summonses.
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the arrests of Deaserae Domangue, 32 of 6423 La. 87, Charenton, Tuesday at 7:40 a.m. on a warrant charging her with criminal damage to property. She was released on a summons.
Moses F. Stratton, 38, of 3631 Second St., Berwick, was arrested Tuesday at 11:46 a.m. on a warrant charging him with aggravated assault and simple battery. He was released on a summons.
Samantha Starnes, 23, of Pierre Part, was arrested Tuesday at 4:29 p.m. on a charge of theft of goods and released on a summons.
Nyjl Hillebrandt, 18, of 606 Sixth St., Morgan City, was arrested Tuesday at 5:18 p.m. on a charge of theft of goods and released on a summons.
Clifton Martin Jr., 52, of 724 Prairie Road North, Centerville, was arrested Tuesday at 7:38 p.m. on a charge of theft of goods and released on a summons.
Paul M. Fitch, 48, of Shriever, was arrested Wednesday at 4:17 p.m. on charges of simple battery, disturbing the peace intoxicated and simple criminal damage to property. He was released on $1,250 bond.
James Beranek, 29, of 211 La. 182, Patterson, was arrested Thursday at 12:24 a.m. on a charge of fireworks violation and released on a summons.
Jose Flores-Perez, 26, of New Iberia, was arrested Thursday at 1:27 a.m. on charges of possession of Schedule II narcotics with intent to distribute and possession of proceeds derived from drug transactions. No bond was set.
Don Zirlott, 52, of La. 87, Jeanerette, was arrested Thursday at 1:43 a.m. on a charge of domestic abuse battery and was released on $7,500 bond.
Jose Bibian, 27, and Leonel Fuentes, 30, both of 156 Lenny’s Lane, Amelia, were arrested Thursday at 8:58 p.m. on charges of disturbing the peace by fighting. Both were released on bonds of $250.
Jason Clark, 26, of 203 Joseph St., Baldwin, was arrested Friday on charges of armed robbery and a Lafayette Parish warrant for failure to appear on charges of possession of marijuana and resisting arrest.
Detectives investigating a report of an armed robbery at a residence on St. Joseph Lane reportedly identified Clark as a suspect in the crime. While speaking with detectives, Clark allegedly admitted that he had shown a handgun to a male victim and took the several hundred dollars in cash and a cellphone from the victim. Clark knew the victim. No bond is set.
Aaron Ourso, 34, of 9205 Jessie St., Jeanerette, was arrested Saturday at 2:02 a.m. on a probation violation warrant. No bond was set.
Paul Daigle, 36, of 3Bs Lane, Apt. 20, Bayou Vista, was arrested Saturday at 5:20 p.m. on a charge of possession of Schedule I drugs. Bond is set at $2,000.
Leroy Guilliott, 34, of Sulpher Springs, West Virginia, was arrested Saturday at 5:20 p.m. on failure to appear warrants on charges of domestic abuse battery. No bond was set.
Marcus D. Austin, 30, of 1513 Gum St., Apt. 15, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 3:35 a.m. on charges of careless operation, driving under suspension, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and open alcohol container. No bond was set.
Danny P. Savoie, 37, of 1430 Prairie Road Circle, Centerville, was arrested Sunday at 6:28 p.m. on charges of DWI, reckless operation and no driver’s license. No bond was set.
Saviye Howard, 24, of Lafayette, was arrested Sunday at 6:09 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on a charge of issuing worthless checks and held with no bond set.
Kellie Hebert, 41, of 2008 Keith St., Morgan City, was arrested Sunday at 6:41 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on a charge of issuing worthless checks and held on $3,500 bond.
Chad Fox, 44, of Gray, was arrested Sunday at 8:38 p.m. on a charge of simple battery and released on a summons.
Brien C. Wings, 25, of 2124 Eisenhower St., Franklin, was arrested today at 2:14 a.m. on a charge of domestic abuse battery and held with no bond set.
