St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Stacey Tabor, 32, of 722 Fourth St., Morgan City, was arrested Thursday at 2:50 p.m. on a warrant on charges of five counts of unauthorized use of an access card. No bond was set.
Jarret C. Cortez, 26, of 249 Vivian St., Morgan City, was arrested Thursday at 3:13 p.m. on five warrants charging him with failure to comply with the terms of drug court. He was held on $500,000 bond.
Brian Delaune Jr., 29, of 3911 Mount St., Berwick, was arrested Thursday at 7:33 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on charges of possession of Subutex and oxycodone, and violation of a protective order. No bond was set.
Palmer Cox IV, 50, of 747 Oregon St., Berwick, was arrested Thursday at 8:10 p.m. on warrants charging him with failure to appear on charges of possession, distribution or sale of a legend drug without a prescription, two counts of possession of Schedule I drugs, two counts of suspended license and improper vehicle stop lamps. No bond was set.
Narcotics Division agents arrested Lynette Guidry, 32, of 3107 Wytchwood Drive, Morgan City, Thursday at 4:12 p.m. on charges of speeding, no license plate, driving under suspension, possession of meth with intent to distribute and possession of drug paraphernalia. No bond was set.
Also arrested was Ira Grow Jr., 58, of 3107 Wytchwood Drive, Morgan City Thrusday at 6:26 p.m. on charges of manufacturing methamphetamine, operation of a clandestine lab, possession of a firearm in the presence of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. No bond was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Engwan Burrell-Joseph, 35, of Scottie Street, Franklin, Thursday at 1:33 p.m. on a charge of shoplifting. He was released on $1,000 bond.
Jazzle Rack, 26, of Seventh Street, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 7:56 p.m. on a Third Ward Court failure to appear warrant on a charge of disturbing the peace. He was released on $307 bond.
