Police Reports 1-26-15

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Deborah Hughes, 49, of 264 Vivian St., Morgan City, was arrested Friday at 9:55 a.m. on a warrant charging her with issuing worthless checks. She was released on a summons.
Cory M. Picard, 22, of 709 Magnolia St., Franklin, was arrested Friday at 4:17 p.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace and was released on a summons.
Paul Gobert Jr., 48, of 124 Easy St., Franklin, was arrested Friday at 3:04 p.m. on a warrant charging him with issuing worthless checks and was released on a summons.
Tammy L. Pellegrin, 53, of Houma, was arrested Friday at 5:06 p.m. on a warrant charging her with theft and was held with no bond set.
Paula Perro, 48, of 129 Picket St., Charenton, was arrested Friday at 9:49 p.m. on charges of driving under suspension, license plate light violation and expired license plate. She was also charged with failure to appear warrants on charges of driving under suspension, no seat belt, expired license plate and a Franklin failure to appear warrant on a charge of passing in a no passing zone. She was held on $2,725 bond.
Son Nguyen, 40, of 608 Cypress St., Amelia, was arrested Friday at 10:51 p.m. on charges of failure to signal and second offense driving under suspension. Nguyen was released on a summons.
Riley S. Lee, 41, of 224 Gumpoint Lane, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 12:24 p.m. on a warrant charging him with simple assault and disturbing the peace. He was released on a summons.
William Hale III, 27, of 2130 Becnel St., Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 6:03 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on a charge of conspiracy to distribute heroin. Bond was set at $100,000.
Hiram Eugene Sr., 34, of 1019 Pellerin St., Jeanerette, was arrested Saturday at 9:18 p.m. on charges of speeding, driving under suspension, expired license plate and no proof of insurance. He was released on a summons.
Michael Demouchet, 23, of New Iberia, was arrested Sunday at 12:56 p.m. on charges of no driver’s license, speeding, expired license plate and failure to transfer vehicle registration. He was released on a summons.
Caffery J. Williams, 49, of 407 Garber St., Morgan City, was arrested Sunday at 1:41 a.m. on charges of improper lane use and driving under suspension and was released on a summons.
Victoria Theriot, 17, of 260 Cane Road, Centerville, was arrested Sunday at 6:35 a.m. on a charge of domestic abuse battery and released on $750 bond.
Waynisha Jones, 29, of 1011 Ramos St., Morgan City, was arrested Sunday at 10:35 a.m. on a warrant charging her with domestic abuse battery and released on $1,000 bond.
Jonelle A. Waltman, 49, of 1614 Church St., Jeanerette, was arrested Sunday at 10:41 a.m. on a charge of driving under suspension and released on $1,000 bond.
Beau K. Boudreaux, 36, of 210 Mars Road, Bayou Vista, was arrested Sunday at 3:41 p.m. on charges of domestic abuse battery and simple criminal damage to property. No bond was set.
Brandon Barrilleaux, no age given, of 222 Mars St., Bayou Vista, was arrested Sunday at 4:45 p.m. on warrants charing him with three counts of failure to comply with the terms of drug court. Bond was set at $300,000.
Edward J. Trimm Jr., 40, of 1014 Ciro St., Morgan City, was arrested today at 1:12 a.m. on a Justice of the Peace warrant charging him with criminal damage to property and he was released on a summons.
Drizzt Morales, 18, of 2134 LaGrange Robicheaux Road, Franklin, was arrested today at 2:08 a.m. on a charge of possession of Schedule I drugs and released on a summons.
Derrick Meads, 32, of Labadieville, was arrested today at 4:48 a.m. on Lafourche Parish warrants charging him with failure to appear on traffic violations. No bond was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Davy Monette, 55, of Eagle Street, Franklin, Friday at 12:01 p.m. by the Third Ward Marshal’s Office on a Third Ward Court failure to appear warrant on a charge of theft. He was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia at the time of arrest. No bond was set.
Paula Perro, 48, of Pickett Street, Baldwin, was arrested Saturday at 2:24 a.m. on a Third Ward Court failure to appear warrant on a charge of passing zone violation. She was released on $225 bond.
J’von Nerve, 24, of Dorsey Lane, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 4:11 a.m. on a Third Ward Court failure to appear warrant on charges of disturbing the peace by loud and obscene language. He was released on $257 bond.
Chitimacha Police Chief Blaise Smith reported the arrest of Cedrick Pellerin, 42, and Billy Joseph, 32, both of Lafayette, Saturday at 6:30 p.m. on charges of unlawful use of a state ID. Both were released on summonses.
Nicole Moore, 22, of Lafayette, was arrested Sunday at 2:30 a.m. on a charge of domestic abuse battery. No bond was set.
