Police Reports 2-5-15

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Shauna Hurts, 34, of 607 Egle St., Morgan City, was arrested Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on a charge of criminal neglect of family. Bond was set at $500.
Burkin Dupre, 29, of 1503 Cross Road No. 2, Lot 2, Bayou Vista, was arrested Wednesday at 4:13 p.m. on a warrant charging him with domestic abuse battery by strangulation and aggravated assault. He was also charged with four counts of issuing worthless checks. No bond was set.
Chad Harris, 34, of 129 Collins St., Baldwin, was arrested Wednesday at 12:022 p.m. on failure to appear warrants on charges of criminal neglect of family, speeding and no driver’s license. Bond is set at $12,310.
George Carret III, 56, of 126 Rene St., Pierre Part, was arrested today at 2:30 a.m. on charges of DWI and careless operation and held with no bond set.
