Police Reports 2-10-15

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Kevin Batiste, 27, of 1111 Dora St., Morgan City, was arrested Friday at 7:36 a.m. on a warrant charging him with simple battery-domestic violence. No bond was set.
Waynisha Jones, 29, of 1011 Ramos St., Morgan City, was arrested Friday at 11:31 a.m. on a warrant charging her with simple criminal damage to property and a failure to appear warrant on a charge of improper lane use. She was released on a summons.
Jonathan Bergeron, 21, of 2138 LaGrange Robicheaux Road, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 1:07 p.m. on charges of simple criminal damage to property and criminal trespassing and released on a summons.
Nehemiah Augusta, 17, of 508 Taft St., Lot 8, Patterson, was arrested Friday at 12:39 p.m. on a charge of simple battery and released on $500 bond.
Richard Merritt, 30, of 1426 Live Oak St., Patterson, was arrested Friday at 4:52 p.m. on charges of bringing contraband into a jail and fourth offense possession of marijuana. No bond was set.
Nicolas Breaux, 36, of Pierre Part, was arrested Friday at 5:44 p.m. on a charge of criminal trespassing and Morgan City failure to appear warrants on charges of disturbing the peace, criminal trespassing and a Morgan City warrant on a charge of no driver’s license. No bond was set.
Destry Weber, 49, of 809 Mercury Road, Morgan City was arrested Friday at 11:58 p.m. on a charge of second offense domestic abuse battery and was held with no bond set.
Ronald Hall, 33, of 1412 Hickory St., Patterson, was arrested Friday at 11:36 p.m. on a Lafayette warrant charging him with hit and run, failure to yield and driving under suspension. He was held on $6,000 bond.
Tori Bourgeois, 32, of 114 Verdun Lane, Verdunville, was arrested Saturday at 10:39 a.m. on a Franklin warrant charging her with disturbing the peace by loud and abusive language. She was released on $500 bond.
Ronald Granger, 48, of New Iberia, was arrested Saturday at 10:58 a.m. on a charge of criminal trespassing and released on a summons.
Talbert Jolivette, 67, of 130 Second St., Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 7:49 p.m. on charges of trespassing, illegal carrying of a weapon and aggravated assault. He was released on $1,500 bond.
Shaddrick Neddie, 38, of 1308 James St., Morgan City, was arrested Sunday at 12:07 a.m. on charges of reckless operation, stop and yield sign violations, open alcohol container, no driver’s license and no registration. He was released on $1,750 bond.
Zackery Cox, 26, of 712 Leonard St., Patterson, was arrested Sunday at 5:26 a.m. on charges of third offense possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia and was held with no bond set.
Quincy James, 31, of Decatur, Georgia, was arrested Sunday at 4:03 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on charges of “operating a vehicle without security” and no driver’s license. He was released on $5,000 bond.
Leslie Matthews, 39, of 178 Friendship Alley Amelia, was arrested Sunday at 11:21 p.m. on charges of disturbing the peace and simple assault and released on a summons.
John C. Gray, 34, of 309 Egle St., Morgan City, was arrested Monday at 9:44 a.m. on a charge of issuing worthless checks and released on a summons.
Lonnie Case, 41, of Cutoff, was arrested Monday at 11:47 p.m. on a warrant charging him with probation violation. No bond was set.
Don Barrilleaux Jr., 19, of 3523 La. 182, Berwick, was arrested Monday at 4:55 p.m. on a warrant charging him with misdemeanor carnal knowledge of a juvenile. He was released on $5,000 bond.
Narcotics Division agents arrested Lucius Romero Jr., 1400, of North Third St., Morgan City, Monday at 8:27 p.m. on a Morgan City failure to appear warrant on a charge of remaining where forbidden. No bond was set.
