Police Reports 4-20-15

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
James H. Wright, 26, of 5310 La. 182, Patterson, was arrested Friday at 11:46 a.m. on charges of domestic abuse battery and simple criminal damage to property. No bond was set.
Drizzt A. Morales, 18, of Jeanerette, was charged on a warrant with a charge of misdemeanor carnal knowledge of a juvenile. No bond was set.
Trevor Thomas, 25, of 202 N. Prairie Road, Centerville, was arrested Friday at 11:50 a.m. on a probation violation warrant and held with no bond set.
Michael Alpha, 37, of 140 Mill Road, Lot 42, Patterson, was arrested Sunday at 1:58 p.m. on a warrant charging him with molestation of a juvenile. No bond was set.
Walter Talbert, 49, of 1801 Main St., Patterson, was arrested Sunday at 3:01 p.m. on a warrant charging him with simple assault and released on $250 bond.
Brian K. Turner Jr., 27, of 140 Kemper Road, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 9:33 p.m. on a Lafayette failure to appear warrant on a charge of violation of a protective order. No bond was set.
Narcotics Division agents arrested James Aucoin, 32, of 1721 River Road, Lot 20, Berwick, Friday at 1:26 p.m. on charges of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of meth, Halcion, Bactrim, a diuretic and Prednisone without prescriptions and transactions involving drug proceeds. He was also charged on a warrant with charges of possession of meth, marijuana and Xanax all with intent to distribute. No bond was set.
Brooke McManus, 23, of 1721 River Road, Lot 20, Berwick, was arrested Friday at 1:26 p.m. on charges of possession of marijuana, possession of meth, Halcion, Prednisone, a diuretic and Bactrim DS without a prescription; a warrant charging her with possession of meth, marijuana and Xanax all with intent to distribute and improper lane use. No bond was set.
Tyler Brewer, 22, of 400 Louisa St., Patterson, was arrested Friday at 1:26 p.m. on a charge of second offense possession of marijuana. No bond was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of April Phillips, 35, of Plantation Drive, Franklin, Friday at 7:30 a.m. on a district court failure to appear warrant on charges of no seat belt and failure to honor a written promise. She was released on $100 bond.
Kevin James, 29, of Iberia Street, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 8:40 a.m. on a charge of remaining where forbidden and a district court failure to appear warrant on charges of no seat belt, no driver’s license and failure to honor a written promise. He was released on $835 bond.
Tyrone Jackson, 32, of Trowbridge Street, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 6:24 p.m. on charges of possession of marijuana and resisting an officer with force. No bond was set.
Terrance Clark, 45, of Seventh Street Franklin, was arrested Friday at 6:55 p.m. on a warrant charging him with simple battery and released on $500 bond.
Jeremy Picard, 35, of New Iberia, was arrested Friday at 8:04 p.m. on a Third Ward Court failure to appear warrant on a charge of revoked or suspended driver’s license. He was released on $275 bond.
Breonne Bowie, 27, of Lockett Road, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 2:47 p.m. on a Third Ward Court failure to appear warrant on charges of driving under suspension and stop sign violation. Bond was set at $490.
Kevin James, 29, of Iberia Street, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 12:06 a.m. on charges of no driver’s license and no insurance. He was released on $500 bond.
William Peters, 34, of Second Street, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 3:42 p.m. on warrants charging him with illegal possession of stolen things and simple criminal damage to property. No bond was set.
