Police Reports 4-23-15

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests this morning:
Kaccie B. Martin, 18, of 142 Westside Park Lane, Amelia, was arrested Wednesday at 11:35 a.m. on a charge of leash law violation and was released on a summons.
Moses Marks Jr., 54, of 217 Kemper Road, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 3:02 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on a charge of suspended license. He was released on $1,000 bond.
Michael D. Ruffin Sr., 44, of 117 Poncio St., Morgan City, was arrested Wednesday at 9:36 p.m. on a warrant charging him with issuing worthless checks. He was released on a summons.
Son Nguyen, 40, of 608 Cypress St., Amelia, was arrested Wednesday at 11:36 p.m. on a charge of third offense driving under suspension and released on a summons.
Mark Ramsey, 34, of 607 Clarke Road, Bayou Vista, was arrested today at 3:20 a.m. on charges of possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, Quetiapine without a prescription and violation of a drug free zone. No bond was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Christopher Lumpkin, 32, of Isabella Street, Franklin, today at 1:52 a.m. on charges of criminal trespassing and peeping Tom. He was held on $2,000 bond.
